As you grow older, an active lifestyle is more important than ever. Regular exercise can help boost energy, maintain your independence, and manage symptoms of pain or illness.

Exercise can even reverse the symptoms of aging. Exercise is also good for your mind, mood, and memory.

Whether you are generally healthy or are managing an illness, there are plenty of ways to get more active, improve confidence, and boost your fitness.

With Custom Fitness, you can do this all in your own home or condo.

At Custom Fitness, we have been improving the mobility, balance, and independence of the Burlington older adult population since 1999.

Our In-Home Senior Fitness programs have helped improve the lives of countless clients. Our clients range from the mid-50s to our oldest at 96yrs.

With Custom Fitness, you’ll work on improving your balance by moving through your home with our trainer.

You’ll focus on Dynamic Functional Mobility with a bit of cognitive exercise as well to keep you independent and no need to travel, we come to you.

Standing on one leg or staying in a chair for all your exercises will not make you balanced and strong.  Moving in ways your body was meant to move is the best thing you can do to keep moving.

Safety is of the utmost importance to us.

I'm certified with canfitpro, CPR trained and bondable.

We can also provide client references for insight into the in-home experience.
