Our In-Home Senior Fitness programs have helped improve the lives of countless clients. Our clients range from the mid-50s to our oldest at 96yrs.
With Custom Fitness, you’ll work on improving your balance by moving through your home with our trainer.
You’ll focus on Dynamic Functional Mobility to keep you independent and no need to travel, we come to you.
Unlike health clubs, with an In-Home Senior Fitness program, there is no need to hope that a class is going to be the right intensity. Your workout will be designed so that you exercise at a level that’s right for you.
Safety is of the utmost importance to us.
Our trainers are certified with canfitpro, CPR trained and bondable.
We can also provide client references for insight into the in-home experience.
