Small-Group Fitness

Our classes consist of everything from strength and mobility to flexibility and yoga.  We've set up our classes to give your body the intensity that it needs to burn off those unwanted and mobility and stretching you need to recover from all that intensity.  Check out our classes below.

Bodyweight Class

Great classes done in the comfort of your own home.  Be prepared to sweat and have fun doing it.

Yoga

Our yoga classes are for the person who wants (or needs) more flexibility. And wants to gain strength without bulky muscles

STiC Fitness Class

Our Mobility & Core class will improve your range of motion, joint stability and you'll increase your strength and flexibility, from head to toe.
