The yoga class at Custom Fitness overcomes the mystery of yoga. By delivering a practical, user-friendly style that is accessible. Our classes are understandable and doable by individuals at any fitness level.
If you’re looking to have better flexibility and balance, then this is the class for you! At Custom Fitness we focus on the average person who wants to improve their flexibility, balance and strength, in a small class setting at our private studio.
With our fast paced, go here, go there, type of lifestyle, relaxing into a gentle yoga stretch is what you need. Lack of flexibility, balance and strength, are some of the leading causes of falls, pulled lower back muscles and hip and knee injuries.

The classes are on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s (depending on number of sign ups) from 5:30 – 6:15. Classes run for 4 weeks starting at the first week of the month.
Cost is only $60 for the four week package. The program is 4 weeks with no substitutions.
