Outdoor Fitness bootcamp
Join us outside for a great way to stay fit and fun doing it.
The Custom Fitness outdoor fitness boot camp class is now three days per week. Class will be at LaSalle Park in Burlington Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Come a few minutes early to learn how the class runs.
Come on by and bring a friend. This class will not be counted as your first free class when you come back for your “second” time.

Classes consist of fun and well-paced workouts, through circuit training or body weight resistance training, to provide muscle-building resistance training with cardiovascular benefits, for exercisers of any skill level. These full body exercise routines will boost your metabolism to blast fat and burn calories all day!
All exercise equipment is provided and includes resistance bands, medicine balls, BOSUs, battling ropes and more. There is always something new and exciting! Our goal is to have you burn as many fat calories as possible, while having fun with a great group of participants, in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Everyone one is welcome … from beginner to advanced! Exercises are based on time, so you can work at your own unique level within the time provided.
