Stay committed to your results, but variable to your approach.
Basically, if one way of completing your New Years resolution isn’t working, try another. There are always more than one way of doing things. Some do take longer than others, but you have to find out what works best for you.
Is adding an exercise class each week getting you the results you were looking for? If not, than why. Is the intensity to hard? Is it not hard enough? Is the extra class per week the only class you’re doing? Adding an extra class to sitting on the couch isn’t going to do it.
You’re half way through the first month of the year. How are you with any of your fitness New Years resolutions? There are lots of web sites that can give you information on what to do. This I’m sure of. But, remember that if you have any questions and would like a non-bias answer. I AM at the other end of this
